Located in Fort Worth’s Fairmount Neighborhood, this project involved the complete renovation of a foreclosed apartment building that had fallen into disrepair. Originally configured as eight efficiency units that were considered unusable, the project reorganized the existing structure into four high-quality 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units.
To ensure the building integrated with the historic streetscape, a front porch was added along Alston Avenue to match the architectural style and scale of the surrounding homes. Additionally, a gazebo was constructed to house the mail kiosk.
