The exterior’s yellow finish is a direct nod to the owner’s Argentine heritage. In historical Argentina, surplus ship paint was often used to protect large homes, creating a resilient, traditional look. We incorporated this color choice to honor that history while maintaining a modern ranch aesthetic. The project includes custom-built doors, fireplaces, and a spacious outdoor oasis, resulting in a home that encompasses heritage and connection to the land.
