Texas Pain Institute Ambulatory Surgery Center in Fort Worth

Ambulatory Surgery Center Architecture

TMA Architects designed Texas Pain Institute (TPI) Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Fort Worth’s Medical District. It is a 5,751-square-foot state certified surgery center. The design centers on meeting high clinical standards as well as creating a welcoming and anxiety-reducing environment for clients. TMA also worked with the owner to optimize the property’s potential, which led to the incorporation of an independent, 1,873-square-foot rentable medical office suite, providing a second level of income stream for the practice.

Additionally, TMA Architects provided comprehensive master planning and site design that connects this specialized surgical facility with two neighboring TPI mixed-use buildings, also designed by TMA architects, that include additional medical office building space, diagnostic labs, as well as upper-level residential units.
