One example of this partnership is our work with Fort Worth Heart, for whom TMA has designed four buildings over the years, including an ASC and three specialized clinics.
For their South Fort Worth clinic—a 6,880 SF facility completed in 2017—our goal was to deliver a well-designed, price-efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
We achieved this through:
– Strategic layout that serves the daily operational workflow
– A calming patient experience: large scale tiles on the entry wall and waiting room floor instill patient confidence the moment they walk in the door. Within the large waiting area, we designed “nooks” to allow for privacy and a sense of calm, and ceiling “clouds” add visual interest and help manage acoustics
– Elegant, well-priced, and durable materials that stand the test of time
Nearly 10 years later, this location remains a high-functioning and busy location for the practice, proving that smart design stands the test of time.
