Cierra Bank in Fort Worth – Mixed Use

The Ciera Bank headquarters, designed by TMA Architects, is a three-story, 21,000-square-foot facility located at Summit Avenue and Interstate 30. The building serves as a landmark gateway to downtown Fort Worth and is a mixed use building, incorporating traditional banking services and Class-A office space on the first and second floor and luxury apartments on the third floor.

The building honors local architectural history and provides the permanence expected of a financial institution. This solid masonry is contrasted by tall windows, which draw natural light and create a visual connection to the urban environment. Strategic vertical elements and a defined roofline ensure high visibility from the highway.
