Ten years ago, we were tasked with converting the 32,800-square-foot, one-story brick ‘City Center’ strip mall into what is now Hemphill Crossing. Our 2016 design focused on re-facing the exterior with vertical cedar wood and stucco, replacing the wide parking lot with dedicated green spaces and walking paths, adding prominent street signage, and installing an overhead canopy structure for shade.
Located at the prominent intersection of Rosedale and Hemphill in the Near Southside of Fort Worth, this retail center serves as a walkable neighborhood hub anchored now by a busy Ace Hardware alongside local favorites like King Tut’s restaurant.
We are proud and thrilled to see the community, shoppers, and neighborhood residents increasingly use this local commercial hub and look forward to watching its continued growth to come!
